These Terms & Conditions apply to the way you use any of our chatbot services, WhatsApp automation tools, workflow scripts, automated campaigns, broadcasts, flow-builder features, amongst others. Your access and use of these chatbot services are conditioned upon your acceptance of, and compliance with these Terms. Please stop using the Services if you don't agree.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our chatbot, linking up to one of your messaging accounts, or utilizing any feature related to automation or a campaign, you are reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to everyone—individuals, businesses, or organizations—using our messaging automation system.
2. Eligibility
Our services are designed for users aged 13 and above. If you access or connect the chatbot to WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other platform, you hereby represent and warrant that you are the minimum required age. Further, if you are doing so on behalf of a business or organization, you further represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that business or organization.
3. Use of Services
Use our chatbot automation tools responsibly, in conformance with the applicable laws, platform policies, and these Terms. You may not use the chatbot in connection with efforts that are illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or in violations of WhatsApp, Telegram, Meta, or other related platform and service policies. Particularly:
- No spamming is allowed; no unsolicited messages are sent or automated messages without proper consent.
- No posting of any harmful, false or malicious content.
- Adhere to opt-in and opt-out regulations on messaging platforms.
- Use the automation features, campaigns, and flow builders in an ethical and responsible manner.
Violations may be subject to the suspension or revocation of access.
4. Account Linking & Platform Responsibilities
By integrating your WhatsApp or Telegram account with our system, you hereby grant us permission to process messages and perform actions as instructed by you. You hereby acknowledge:
- We rely on official platform APIs, such as WhatsApp Cloud API or Telegram Bot API.
Delays, outages, or restrictions on the platform are beyond our control.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the material complies with the platform's Terms of Use.
• If your account gets restricted or banned for abuse or spam, we are not responsible for losses that may arise.
5. Data Collection & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Depending on the platform, this includes profile information, phone numbers, usernames, chat IDs, and the contents of messages. All data are treated under our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you agree to the collection and processing described there.
6. User Responsibilities
You're responsible for all content sent or received through your connected accounts. Make sure:
- Proper consent before sending automated messages.
- You do not use tools to abuse or spam users.
-All information provided by you is true and in conformity with the law.
- You keep your account and API keys secure.
If these guidelines are breached, we may suspend access.
7. Campaigns, Broadcasts & Automated Workflows
Our system allows you to run campaigns, send out broadcasts, or trigger automations. By utilizing this service, you agree:
- You’re responsible for message accuracy and compliance.
-Automated flows need to adhere to messaging policies set by the platforms.
- Users should be able to opt-out at any time.
- Do not use campaigns for illegal or prohibited contents.
- We may limit functionality for accounts that are misusing automation.
8. Third-Party Integrations
We may integrate with WhatsApp Cloud API, Telegram Bot API, CRM tools, and modules. Every third-party tool has its own Terms and Privacy rules. We’re not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling by third-party services. You agree to review and follow their terms independently.
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable access, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Access may be affected temporarily by technical issues, maintenance, or restrictions of the platform. We are not responsible for losses caused by an interruption or delay in accessing the service or for any failure in performance beyond our control.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
-Use the chatbot for phishing, scams, or illicit activities.
- Try to breach or test our system’s security
- Reverse-engineer, modify or tamper with our software
-Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
- Utilize this service for purposes of adult, violent, or prohibited content.
Engaging in prohibited behavior may result in permanent suspension.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, scripts, designs, and automation tools, as well as flow-builder assets and other materials from [Your Company Name], are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from:
- Utilization or failure to use the chatbot
Messaging platform bans, restrictions, or downtime
Data loss or interruptions in message delivery
- Unauthorized access because of the user's negligence
Third-party errors or system failures
Use of the service is at your own risk.
13. Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
By using the Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes. You may print or have a copy of this policy emailed to you for your records. None of these Terms will be deemed waived except in a writing signed by all parties. (a) You fail to pay any amount due under these Terms by the due date; (b) You fail to observe or perform any other obligation under these Terms (and if capable of remedy) such failure is not remedied within thirty (30) days of receipt by you of notice from us requiring such remedy; (c) You breach these Terms in any way; or

- You are performing any illegal or harmful activity
- Compelled by platform rules to revoke access
You may terminate the use of the Service at any time. Termination does not relieve either party for obligations or liabilities that have arisen prior to the termination.
14. Modifications to Terms We will sometimes update these Terms to reflect technological and operational improvements, relevant changes in legislation, or for any other justifiable reason. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website unless otherwise noted. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
